Raghavan is the Director of our Company. He has been with the group since 2006.

Raghavan is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 30 years of corporate experience with major MNCs spanning across Manufacturing & Service sectors.

As the Director, he is responsible for the profitability and growth of various service lines. He also oversees the HR and Finance functions of the company. He is also in-charge of new products and service lines. His deep understanding of the HR industry and clients helped the company to customize the services to suit specific requirements of the clients which in turn helps clients’ retention at a very healthy level.
